FASHION NEWS: Fragrances by Katy Perry & Jennifer Aniston

Bored with your current fragrance? Well have no fear! Both Katy Perry and Jennifer Aniston will have fragrances soon in a department store near you.

According to MTV, Katy Perry will release Purr in November to Nordstrom stores. Priced only at $36 dollars, WWD reports that the fragrance will be a combination of jasmine, musk, freesia, peach, and apple. It is also reported that the fragrance will be contained in a cat-shaped bottle with jeweled eyes. Yummy smells in a cute bottle?? What more could a girl ask for!?

InStyle magazine reports that on July 20th, Jennifer Aniston debuted her Fragrance appropriated named Jennifer Aniston at the popular U.K. department store, Harrod's. Aniston says in a press release that she wanted "this fragrance to be a personal library of scent memories." Well, we definitely can't wait to get a whiff of that library Jenn!

DOUBLE TAKE: Rihanna VS Trina

I just posted on this D&G jumpsuit Rihanna rocked and I get on twitter and see that Trina rocked the same outfit yesterday (with the same haircut as well *cough cough*). So my question to you all is who do you think rocked it best?

SPOTTED: Rihanna in Polka Dots!

Rihanna attended the Asics and Drai’s hosted after party for her LA concert and looked VERY cute and playful in this asymmetrical polka-dot D&G Pre-Fall 2010 collection jumpsuit. It think the colors really bring out this red color in hair. At first, I couldn't stand her new color choice, but now it's grown on me! She looks great!

Ashy Feet and Cracked Heels are NOT CUTE...!!!

On my way to breakfast this morning, in front of me stood someone's cracked heels. On my mini-vacation to an amusement park this weekend, I saw several of these cracked heels. Picking up a forbidden late snack at 7-11 on Friday, I saw THEE whitest feet on earth. And this was on a dark-skinned man!!!

Poor foot care has gotta be one of my BIGGEST pet peeves! There is absolutely no reason why your feet should ever look like a pair of powdered donuts! No one should ever see dead flaky skin on the back of your heels!! I don't care how much your shoes cost, if your feet look terrible...IT DOESN'T MATTER.

RED CARPET STEEZE: B.E.T. AWARDS 2010

In my humble opinion, this year's B.E.T. awards was THE best awards I've seen in years. If you missed it, you can watch some of the performances over at NecoleBitchie.com.

As far as fashion goes, I felt everyone was either trying too hard or not trying hard enough. Take a look at some of the fashion stars AND fashion failures of last night.

Nicki Minaj looked Madonna-esque in this "Like A Virgin" inspired 2004 Olivier Theyskens for Rochas tulle bustier gown. Eh...I don't know about this. It definately made a statement. I just don't know exactly what that statement is....*scratches head*

Whatever Ms. Alani "La La" Vazquez has been sippin on, I want a drink! The girl has been hitting the red carpet scene with fierce fabulosity lately. I'm loving this black sequined cowl neck dress. HAUTE!!

RED CARPET WOW: The 2010 Met Ball

All the stars were out for the annual Met Ball at Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York City. Actors, designers, models, and celebrities were there in celebration of the newest exhibit at the museum, "American Woman: Fashioning a National Identity." This year's ball was hosted by none other than Oprah Winfrey and Anna Wintour and brought out a host of incredible gowns and.....some...not so incredible gowns.

Let's take a look at the good, the bad, and the ugly:

Cassie is hands down my favorite of the night. She looks absolutely DIVINE in this blue Versace frock and blue and black Sergio Rossi heels. I was adamant about not liking her choice of hair color and one-side shaven cut, but it totally works here. Not to mention, she's naturally gorgeous and her makeup is always on point!

TREND: Draping

We all know leather jackets and blazers are very popular now, but several designers are experimenting with the conventional silhouette and bringing waterfalls, laser cuts, and extreme draped looks to these jackets. Oh yes! And let's not forget shoulders...shoulders are still in effect.

For the upcoming seasons, I'm seeing a lot of emphasis on draping fabrics effortlessly on the body and I.LOVE.IT. Designers are taking heavier fabrics such as leather and suede and making them bend, fold, and fall along the body in soft curves that flatter any body type. The result is amazing!! Now, we all know I focus main on shoe game, but I couldn't help myself!! I HAVE to keep you all in the fashion know. Take a look below:
